Junior training is as follows:

Under 16s, Thursday night from 4:45-5:45 and with seniors on Tuesday and Thursday

Under 14s, Wednesday night from 4:30-6:00

Under 12s, Tuesday 4:30-5:30 at Elwood Primary School (Subject to change after this week)
